Growing new native plants from seed we collect on our properties is a great value for money way to revegetate our properties with the plants that like to grow there.

​Did you know that geology and soil types determine the types of plants that will grow?

This workshop will help you identify and understand how important it is to know what regional ecosystem of plants will grow at your place before you start planting!

​Introduction to Botany and Native Plant Identification

Wild For Nature - Botanical Art

​

Learn how to create botanical art from Chelsea Lomandra, a Brisbane-based artist specialising in pen and watercolour techniques.

​

Chelsea has been teaching Art Workshops for many years, both locally and interstate.

​

This is a beginner’s introduction to watercolour where participants will learn about applying and layering watercolour paints.

​

Learning to recreate from a still life is a skill participants will practice throughout the workshop, building fundamental skills of proportion and balance.
